Some feel it takes away from their shining moments, and who wants to get fat for year and be out of the spotlight when they are in their prime, making millions? This could be very well why many stars simply choose to adopt. Why do they also tend to add to their "batch" by adopting babies from other countries when they are barely home themselves? Is it because of their overflowing bank accounts, and they can provide a lavish life to another? Many stars adopt children for convenience sake. Not for lack of love, but to protect an image of stardom by not wanting to show pregnancy in public.

Meg Ryan, Rose Ann Bar, Angelina and Brad, as well as Madonna are a few celebrities who have taken on adoption.
